TL;DR: Associates know how to listen and get you what you need within your budget.This was truly a great experience. I told the service associate (Sorry buddy, bad with names) about our budget, our needs, what we were looking for. I told him my weight, and my intended use. I let him know what research I had done, asked all the questions I had. He then gave me a tour of all the options available under our budget, stating the pros and cons of each, and even took great care of observing my weight and pairing me with a bicycle that would be a great fit. He let me test-drive each option, too. (Can't beat that!) The associate was knowledgeable, and displayed none of the classic tricky moves that associates do to get a comission. I felt heard in this shop and I expect that as my needs arise in the future for work on the bike, and other needs I'll be frequenting this store more often. I have nothing to complain about this store. It's even kid friendly with a couch, crayons, coloring books, the sweetest dog with the most mild of manners and a transformer toy. What a wonderful visit. Thank you guys, I absolutely loved the visit and had the happiest ride home!10/10

Rented an E-Bike to ride around town for a little and it was super fun. The bike I rented was really nice and the rate of $25/hr was really affordable.
